1.Delivery of goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain locations e.g Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, There may be additional delivery charge and slightly longer lead time. You will be notified by email of the additional charge. Deliveries to the EU will be via UPS on the service agreed by you, a tracking number will be provided at the point of shipping.
Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work.
Your order will be delivered by Courier. A signature is required.
1a Delivery Charges
If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size of the product ordered. You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order 2 or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge will apply.
When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.
Shipping to the EU will be via UPS - Charges are calculated by destination / service required and by size & weight of the shipment, you will be notified by e-mail or phone to agree shipping costs & service before dispatch.
1b Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i;e Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
From receipt of your order we will endeavor to deliver your chosen items to you within 1 to 2 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.
Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery, Once signed for (received in good condition) No Responsibility for damaged goods can be accepted by us.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot or Access point (UPS) .
we do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. we will inform you if we become aware of unexpected delays.
